It appears that the original 2009 decision by the BPjM to index LIFAD, because of ITDW and the picture of RZK, has been reversed:

I have to say I am delighted with this, but will be interested to find out why. They had a solid case under law for the listing. This is very intriguing, but explains the performances of ITDW unaltered recently.
