Blatant Bloody Bavarian Bias

If you don't think Rammstein get singled out for special attention then you're deluding yourself. The lovely boys from Berlin get kicked in the slats wherever the establishment takes a dislike to black lippy and short Lederhosen. The latest slap in the chops for my favourite sextet comes from Bavaria, where the authorities have deemed Rammstein's sold-out show to be cutting too close to the bone on 'Dead Sunday' forcing the postponement of the November 20 show to the 22nd.

It is pointed out on the Rammstein site that many shows have been put on on this commemorative day, which begs the question: why is it sauce for Rammstein, but not for others?

Those who can't accommodate the change of date may contact the Rammstein shop for a refund. Details are here. I guess that tour leg can be dubbed 'Mad In Germany'.

Apocalyptica Tour Postponement

It seems that all is not well with my favourite finns:

We wanted to let you know that sadly we are having to reschedule the current run of US dates to the beginning of March 2011. This is due to issues with Perttu's health; we have taken the advice of several doctors before making this decision. It counted down to zero, and sat, a line of zeroes tormenting me. I F5ed, and what did I see replacing the rank of naughts? Herr Lindemann's bloodshot eyes and a new counter, once more whittling down the seconds. There is a delay on this premiere, it seems.

Luxembourg Concert Postponed?

Apparently Lindemann is having problems with his voice, so the concert is postponed. The tickets remain valid, but for a show now to be held January 31. Thanks Tempelhüter.
