The whole idea of LIFAD and the heart symbol really comes into its own when a Rammstein fan (link in Spanish - GLT English here), desperately in need of a new heart, lies in hospital fighting an infection. It would be nice to click my fingers and send the band to him. It would be nicer if I could magic up a heart for him. Spread the word though. This boy needs to be in all our hearts.
